Holiday Homes is an exclusive manufactured housing community for persons age 55 and older. In accordance with Federal Housing Regulations, a qualifying homeowner must be at least age 55 and all other residents at least age 40. Exceptions can be made for care-givers and care-takers with verification, so please ask us about these family situations.
