An Age Restricted Community
Holiday Homes is an exclusive manufactured housing community for persons age 55 and better. In accordance with Federal Housing Regulations a qualifying homeowner must be at least age 55 and all other residents at least age 40. Exceptions can be made for care-givers and care-takers, so please ask us about these family situations.

Amenities For An Active Community
Our clubhouse has a professional grade kitchen and large serving area capable of handling parties of 100 guests. Other amenities include a solar heated swimming pool, spa, BBQ patio, shuffleboard courts, and an exercise room / laundry room. Our residents are very active socially and enjoy several clubs and activities including card games, arts and crafts, and celebrating those significant moments in the lives of their families and friends such as anniversaries, weddings, birthdays or other special occasions.
